Delivery

We aim to despatch orders of stock items within 5 working days of cleared payment, Monday to Friday.

Items are sent 1st class via Royal Mail and are usually delivered within 48 hours of processing your order, however, please allow 7 days for your order to arrive.

Delivery Charges

We charge £1.95 postage for each soap order, this includes all packaging costs.

We are not able to process overseas deliveries at present.

Payment

We accept payment by Paypal. For your added security, all payments are processed through Paypal and your card details are not entered on our site.

All payments are in GBP.

Privacy Policy

We only use the information you provide to process your order and keep you up to date with new products and special promotions. We do not sell or share your information with any third party. If you prefer not to receive details of new products and special promotions from us, please inform us via email.

Returns

Should you not be completely satisfied with your order you have the right to return any purchase within 7 days. A full refund will be given as soon as goods are received undamaged. Postage and packing costs are non-refundable (unless the goods are faulty or damaged) and are at your expense. We recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery or ask at the Post Office for proof of postage as we can not be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit

You may also cancel your order within 7 days of placing the order.

If goods are received damaged or not as ordered, please contact us immediately to return your goods for a replacement or full refund including postage.
